PC Muscle
How To Have Good Sex, Inc.

HTHGS: PC - where is it?

Ask Shan&Claude,
Hi!! I interest to know where is the pc muscle, because I read the article but I couldnít understand. can make it brief. thanks

Dear PC muscle,
The PC muscle (the pubbococcygeus) is the master muscle of the pelvic muscles.  It has to do with orgasmic contractions and urinary incontinence and a variety of other functions.  There are exercises that can strengthen this muscle, generally called Kegel exercises, that involve squeezing, tightening, and holding.  If a woman wanted to stop her urine mid-stream or clench her vaginal walls it is the PC muscle that could accomplish this.  Itís located about 2 inches within the vagina and runs circularly. This muscle contains most of the nerve endings found in the vagina and is the source of the sexual vagina feeling.

Our Philosophy sex is like dancing, it changes every time. It depends on culture, atmosphere and mood. Sometimes it is done alone, with a partner or in a group. It can be fast and hard or slow and soft. Sex is a combination of non-verbal negotiation and verbal cues: a scream, a twitch of the toes, or a flush of the face. There is no one 'right' way to move, only what feels good to all those involved.
