Sex & Medication
(How to have good sex)

HTHGS: Enzyte (written by Kelly Connell MS.Ed.)

Ask Kelly,
Kelly I take or have been taking Enzyte for 2 months. When I get ready to have intercourse 30 min before it is very hard and then sometimes it just goes soft could you help me .

Charles,
I am not sure what Enzyte is but you should not be taking any kind of supplement, herbal medication or prescription medication without seeing your doctor first. You may be experiencing erectile dysfunction as a symptom of a health problem such as diabetes.  The first thing I would recommend is that you see your doc for a complete physical and tell him or her what you are experiencing.  You always want to rule out any medical reason for erectile dysfunction. Second, are there any emotional issues that you are experiencing right now? Especially with regards to the person you are having sex with?  If so, that is another reason for someone to experience erectile dysfunction. Do you wake up in the morning with an erection? Do you loose your erection when you masturbate? See your doctor and go from there. In the meantime I suggest you stop taking Enzyte! Hope this helps! Kelly

Our Philosophy sex is like dancing, it changes every time. It depends on culture, atmosphere and mood. Sometimes it is done alone, with a partner or in a group. It can be fast and hard or slow and soft. Sex is a combination of non-verbal negotiation and verbal cues: a scream, a twitch of the toes, or a flush of the face. There is no one 'right' way to move, only what feels good to all those involved.
